- Why You Should Switch Up Your Workouts
- When you get bored or tired of working out (or anything really) it means it’s time to switch things up! It’s important to develop workout habits and engage in physical activates that offer variety. I find that it not only helps prevent plateaus, but boredom as well. In my experience, boredom can lead to feelings of unmovitaion. Being unmotivated and/or having a lack of will can sabotage your success. The best way to resolve this issue is to challenge yourself, and try new workouts (and things)!
I like to switch up my workout routines, so originally I created this workout for my own use. But after doing it, I decided that it was worth sharing with others. And, with bikini season literally around the corner, I thought this workout would be more than appropriate.
One of the things that I like about this workout is that it can be done without equipment. Which means you can do it at home, outdoors, in a hotel room, etc. It’s always smart to have workouts like these in your arsenal!
The Total Body Bikini Workout consists of two supersets. You’ll complete the first superset four times before proceeding to the second superset which will also be completed four times. The exercises within each superset should be performed consecutively, without rest.
So, I encourage you to get bikini ready (or maintain your bikini body) with this workout! Also make sure to check out my recent post, “6 Tips to Keep You Bikini Ready Year-Round”.
