I thought it would be a good idea to try something new, so I created this No Equipment Sexy Abs Workout, which I’ll be doing once or twice a week.

The majority of my workouts typically focus on total body movements, which do engage and strengthen the core, but other than that I don’t have abs specific workouts or days that I focus solely on working my abs. I usually throw in some abs exercises to my workouts as a means of active recovery, but that’s really it.

One of the things I like about this workout is that it doesn’t require equipment. This means that you can do it anywhere! Which is ALWAYS a plus!

You’ll perform these exercises consecutively, without rest. Once you’ve completed this routine once, rest for 1 minute, and then repeat the routine two more times.
