Victoria's Secret At Home Workout - Sophisticated Booty

You don’t have to be a Victoria’s Secret Supermodel to train like one! I found this awesome 10 minute workout video the other day.

Celebrity trainer, Andrea Orbeck, takes you through a series of exercises that she has used to get some of the Victoria’s Secret Supermodels ready for the runway or print. So, you know they’ve gotta be effective!

In less than 10 minutes you can train your entire body, while sculpting and toning, your booty and thighs.

In my opinion, it doesn’t get much better than that!

This is the perfect workout if you don’t have much time, but still want to get your body moving. You could also do this workout 3-4 times in secession, for a longer, even more intense sweat session.
