When I want to pamper myself a little bit, and keep it simple and cost effective, a clay face mask is the perfect remedy.

There are many clays to choose from – each with its own benefits. I’d suggest doing a little research about the different types of clays available, so you can choose the best option(s) for your skin type and individual needs.

I’ve been happy with this green clay. There are no other ingredients or synthetic chemical additives in this product. It’s just pure green clay!

It’s always beneficial to avoid and/or limit the amount of chemicals we expose ourselves to.

Part of the reason I like doing a clay face mask, and why I find it pampering, is because it’s a simple way for me to relax my mind and body for a few minutes, and feel amazing afterwards!

Clay masks are also a great way to rejuvenate your skin. I love the way my face looks and feels afterwards. My skin glows, and feels silky smooth and soft to the touch!

It takes no more than two minutes to whip up the mask, and apply it to my face and neck. Then, I just sit back and let it do its thing … about 15 to 20 minutes. This is then followed by my normal skincare routine.

In general, green clay masks are suitable for most people.
