Personally, I like to make my own homemade granola. I use wholesome ingredients, like organic rolled oats, honey, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, and spices to create a tasty, and much healthier alternative to store bought cereals.

It’s super easy to make … It’s packed with flavor … It’s good for you … And, best of all, it’s all natural! So, you don’t have to worry about unhealthy, toxic ingredients like refined sugar, corn syrup, harmful additives, or preservatives!

I absolutely love this granola! It goes great with homemade cashew milk or your favorite nut milk … Thrown into a trail mix … Or you can just snack on it as is!

So, if you’re going to eat granola, be sure to make your own. It will be way healthier than the junk at the store! And, it will taste better too!

This particular granola recipe is heart healthy as it contains rolled oats, which lower bad cholesterol levels. Also, nuts and seeds, which contain healthy fats that support a healthy heart.
