The magic ingredient in this all natural, homemade weight loss drink, is apple cider vinegar. We’ll call it ACV, for short. I like Bragg’s ACV because it’s raw, organic, unfiltered, and contains the “mother.”

So, anyway, ACV is loaded with enzymes that not only dissolve accumulated fat, but also washes the fat out of your body. Pretty amazing if you ask me!

I would suggest drinking this 2-3 times a day. You can drink it when you first wake up in the morning, before a meal, in-between meals, or even after a meal.

The two essential ingredients are ACV and water. All of the other ingredients are optional, but make great additions. Cayenne pepper adds a little zip to the drink, and acts as a potentiator. If you would like this drink to have a little sweetness, add a teaspoon or two of clear agave nectar. Clear agave nectar is special because it contains inulin. Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
